Cordyceps Mushrooms (cordyceps militaris) are well known in many Asian countries as a traditional medicine. However, cordyceps also make a great culinary mushroom.
This product is processed through screening, manual selection, machine selection, screening of powder, and metal detection. This and all mushroom products are tested organoleptically for quality prior to shipment.
Naturally gluten-free. No preservatives. No additives or other processing agents. Mushrooms contain naturally occurring sulfite.
Caution: Avoid if you have a bleeding disorder. Cordyceps may slow down the blood clotting process, so you should avoid taking it if you're on blood thinning medications.
Store dried mushrooms in airtight containers and store them in freezer for the longest shelf life.
