“La Truffiere” lemon infused Extra Virgin olive oil is best used in COLD applications. Use as salad dressing, or sprinkle it on prepared meats, pasta, or steamed vegetables. Heat will compromise the flavor and aroma but can still be used in low heat applications. Use it as a base for meat rubs or drizzle it on warmed vegetable dishes.
