“La Truffiere” white truffle flavored Extra Virgin olive oil. Best used in COLD applications; do not cook with it. Drizzle it on salads, prepared meats, pasta, or pizza. Heat will compromise the truffle flavor and aroma but can still be used in low heat applications.
