“La Truffiere” white truffle flavored Extra Virgin olive oil. Best used in COLD applications; do not cook with it. Drizzle it on salads, prepared meats, pasta, or pizza. Heat will compromise the truffle flavor and aroma but can still be used in low heat applications. Use it as a base for a meat rub, to flavor French Fries, mac-n- cheese, lasagna or left-overs.
