Turkey Tail, Trametes versicolor or Coriolus Versicolor is not a culinary mushroom. It has a chewy and unpleasant taste but there are several ways to benefit from its traditional medicinal uses.
Turkey tail can be chopped and boiled to make mushroom tea. Because of the mushroom's dry leaf-like property, it is better to boil the chopped turkey tail to extract as much of the benefits.
This product is processed through screening, manual selection, machine selection, screening of powder, and metal detection. This and all mushroom products are tested organoleptically for quality prior to shipment.

Store dried mushrooms in airtight containers and store them in freezer for the longest shelf life.
